Focus on Jesus and what His word says and we can be healed from depression and the rest of these things. I know what depression and all that mess is I once suffered from it badly years ago but the Lord delivered me from it. It's trusting and believing in Him.

God bless you my dear.Desirayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11055830822084589784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11253724.post-59141854905369239542010-10-10T13:20:41.286-04:002010-10-10T13:20:41.286-04:00This is a timely subject, Angela. Everyone suffers from anxiety at times, but more and more people seem to have chronic difficulty with it.

When believers anxious moments or feel bummed out, it's helpful to focus on the Lord -- who He is, what He's done, and what He's promised -- rather than on ourselves, our situation, disappointments, frustrations, etc.

It also helps to know that these feelings are natural reactions to the troubles of life and we don't need to be ashamed of them. Our God is big enough to bring us through them.

Thanks for this post.Yvonne Andersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08486443615726695385noreply@blogger.com
